A behind-the-scenes look at Aloha el Dátil

And that's a wrap on our Aloha El Dátil series!

What an incredible month it has been celebrating all those who have made the Laguna San Ignacio Mangrove Planting Project possible.

This month we took you along on a journey through three languages, two cultures, and one incredible group of women who have taken the protection of their homelands - into their own hands.

Not only have these Women of the Watershed committed their time and lives to protect threatened and degraded mangrove forest ecosystems  - they are passing on their knowledge to the younger generations as well, inspiring and empowering them to come together and work toward a common goal of regenerating the health of our Ocean Planet.

Throughout the month, we released a collection of short interviews showcasing the incredible people from all walks of life who have come together to make the Laguna San Ignacio, Baja Mangrove Planting Project as successful as it is today.

Listen to their stories below:

Let these stories inspire you to become part of the solution by planting and protecting your own mangrove seatree in Baja.
