Celebrate an #OceanPositive Summer with SeaTrees
THIS JUST IN: Project update photos from our mangrove planting site in Laguna San Ignacio, Baja, Mexico! You might be wondering, what happens after we plant seedlings at the start of our projects? Well, each SeaTrees project is a complex process that eventually produces a stable, resilient, diverse, and thriving ecosystem. Not every tree planted will survive through maturity, but every single tree is needed to ensure the ultimate success of the restoration. Look at these mangrove seedlings grow!
Our friends over at INBLOOM celebrated their 2-year anniversary with a charity sweepstakes benefitting SeaTrees! The sweepstakes helped restore kelp forests at our project site in Palos Verdes, California.
The sweepstakes, which was promoted by INBLOOM’s founder Kate Hudson and their brand partners, ran from August 22nd - 29th and raised a total of $2,325 for SeaTrees!

Come join the Sustainable Surf crew at the Solento Surf Festival from September 22nd-25th in Encinitas hosted at La Paloma Theatre and Seaside Reef.
SSF is a four-day exhibition of new surf films, thought-provoking panels with world-class surfers and filmmakers, live music as well as a unique beach day takeover.
A portion of the proceeds go to SeaTrees to help us reforest the ocean! After all, without a healthy ocean, films like this wouldn't exist.
