Swimming the World to Restore the Ocean
This November, our friends at SwimTrek are diving back in for their annual SwimTrek 60K Challenge — and this year, they’re going bigger than ever.
The goal? To collectively swim 40,075 kilometers (the distance around the Earth’s equator) while raising awareness and funds to protect our ocean planet.
From pools to open seas, swimmers from across the globe will be joining forces to “Swim the World.” Every participant helps make a splash for good — because for every swimmer who signs up, SwimTrek will donate $5 to Seatrees to support coastal ecosystem restoration projects that rebuild kelp forests, coral reefs, mangroves, and more.
It’s free to join, easy to participate from anywhere, and powered by community spirit and ocean love. Together, we’re turning every stroke into positive impact for the sea.
